Clinical Specialist – Structural Heart (MitraClip) Territory: Tuscany and surrounding regions (field‑based role) Your mission As a Clinical Specialist – Structural Heart , you will be the clinical expert for MitraClip™ therapy , supporting healthcare teams before, during, and after procedures. Your work will directly contribute to better patient outcomes by enabling safe, efficient, and successful structural heart interventions.
