Job Overview Working closely with the Group Procurement, Local Procurement and Finance Excellence Centre team, the Coupa Sysadmin Lead is responsible for ensuring that the full functionality of Coupa is fully leveraged and optimised to meet the needs of the Procurement and Procure‑to‑pay teams and wider Business Users. After the onboarding process, you will continue with training on the job to act as the primary point of contact for all user requests and provide guidance and support to users on Coupa Procurement. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage the Coupa platform including advanced user access controls, system configurations, vendor data, approval workflows, and system updates. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring high system availability and resolving complex user issues. Develop and deliver user training programs, provide mentorship, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Ensure compliance and data security, aligning system set‑up with group procurement policies. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support procurement insights, sourcing performance, and executive decision‑making. Manage and optimise Coupa design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity. Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration of Coupa with other company systems (ERP Netsuite or other applications). Maintain system documentation and process guidelines and manage IT audit on your scope. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement with a focus on purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) and source‑to‑contract (S2C) activities. Hands‑on experience with Coupa or other e‑Procurement platform (system administration, data maintenance, reporting, user support). Previous experience using JIRA or ticket systems to manage user requests and ensure timely resolution. Strong focus on customer service and user satisfaction, with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Proactive, result‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
