We’re on a mission to bring live entertainment to more fans. We're looking for an Account Manager in Italy, based in Milan, to build strong relationships with venues and promoters. About the role You’ll join a team responsible for developing partner relationships and driving growth for partners. Your expertise in the music industry across key cities and knowledge of the live entertainment business mean you know what makes promoters, festivals and venues tick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing market and establish strong working relationships with our major partners, focusing on operational excellence, revenue, engagement and growth. Responsibilities Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention. Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to drive operational excellence and manage on‑site needs for events. Maximising partner success by tracking sales performance across systems, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies. Keeping your finger on the pulse of DICE product developments and industry trends that will evolve partner event strategy. Acting as the glue connecting the region to central DICE teams, confidently managing partner expectations and ensuring partner needs are documented. Engaged in team collaboration to overcome ambiguity and achieve shared success. Candidate Profile Passionate, humble and resilient. Demonstrates strategic thinking with detail‑oriented execution. Extremely organised, resourceful and efficient in balancing priorities. Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Italian. Local knowledge of the live industry across Italy, based in Milan. Business and commercial acumen. Strong communication skills. Exceptional stakeholder management. Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing. High attention to detail and resourcefulness. Understanding of marketing, social media and analytics. Excellent knowledge of how festivals, venues and promoters work.
