Job Description Location: Multiple (Milan, Warsaw, Rome, Turin or Munich), Hybrid A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Employee Relations (ER) team as a Senior ER Consultant within our global People function. The role involves working across multiple business lines and supporting managers with employment law and case management advice. Key Responsibilities Provide managers with advice and guidance on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and sickness absence. Escalate and refer complex or high‑risk cases to relevant teams following escalation matrices. Maintain integrity of records and documentation required for employee relations issues. Partner with legal department and external advisors to solve complex ER issues and keep up to date with the changing legal landscape. Identify themes and trends to provide training and upskilling for managers. Produce and analyse ER‑related data, identify solutions, and contribute to related People team and business projects. Support allocated ER activities within change programmes across the organisation. Deliver specialist advice and coaching to managers and employees on Employee Relations processes and policies. Provide input into wider People policies, including local variance. Ensure policies are up‑to‑date and legally compliant. Support the wider People Team on people matters across Continental Europe, providing guidance on local employment law, cultural practice, and jurisdictional variance. Qualifications & Experience Relevant professional HR qualification or significant ER case management/litigation experience. Effective communication skills in English and German (Polish beneficial). Strong ethics and values, aligned to company culture. Established trust‑based relationships at all levels. Experience working within remote and global teams. Good knowledge of how a sizeable commercial organisation operates. Experience meeting tight deadlines and exceeding SLAs. Highly organized with a methodical approach and eye for detail.
