# 1:1 Part-time and Full-time Learning Support Assistants**1:1 Part-time and Full-time Learning Support Assistants****Start Date:** Immediate and For School Year#### **Position Overview**Ambrit International School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **1:1 Learning Support Assistants** to provide individualized academic and social-emotional support to a student with additional learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers, the Student Support Department, and parents to help ensure the student can fully access the curriculum and participate in school life.#### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide individualized support to a designated student during lessons and school activities* + Assist with implementing Personalized Education Plan and/or Behavior Intervention Plans support strategies* Adapt learning materials and tasks to meet the student’s needs* Support the student’s social, emotional, and behavioral development* Encourage independence and confidence in learning* Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to monitor student progress* Maintain accurate records and observations of student development* Support classroom routines and activities as directed by the teacher* Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment#### **Qualifications and Experience*** Experience working with children with additional learning needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, learning differences)* Relevant qualifications and/or coursework in education, special education, child development, or related field preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Patience, empathy, and flexibility* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
