Overview Program Manager IT for Project Systems supports BU Projects in the management, planning and delivery of IT projects. Primary responsibility includes leading an IT project to review and implement a new internal Finance management control system and other processes for the BU, while driving continuous improvement of the service and optimizing related processes in alignment with the IT Delivery team. Responsibilities Lead the IT project aimed at reviewing and implementing a new internal Finance management control system and support BU future process transformation. Anticipate problems and opportunities for improvement; design and implement SAP and other IT systems related to Finance business solutions to facilitate day‑to‑day operations. Plan the review of existing services and profile new services: time, costs, resources, efficiency, quality, and management of associated risks. Manage project quality with all stakeholders: internal company client, internal technical contacts, and end‑user interfaces. Manage relationships with external suppliers (hardware, software or services) to support internal organization. Ensure the smooth functioning of the applications under your responsibility. Define guidelines for activities related to the IT Finance management system. Monitor services, related orders, cost and revenue management. Coordinate stakeholders involved. Ensure deadlines are met with quality and effectiveness. Candidate Requirements 8–10 years of project and program management experience. At least 15 years of experience in a company working on medium and large‑size projects. At least 10 years of experience working with SAP logistics modules (PS and other IT systems related to Finance matters) and planning system (Primavera – Project). Desirable knowledge on data collection. Deep expertise in manufacturing processes (process and discrete), product costing methods and business intelligence. Ability to integrate distinct systems related to operational and financial planning. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Planning and organizational skills. Decision‑making ability. English language skills: C1 or higher.
