Job Description We are looking for a Telesales Co‑ordinator who will identify high‑quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationships and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity. Presentation of products (e.g. consumables) and services on the phone. Customer data administration in the CRM and/or other sales related tools. Develop and support business growth in the small and medium companies’ market. Qualifications Telephone sales techniques (outbound and inbound). Lead generation and prospect qualification skills. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Ability to manage and update customer databases. Negotiation and closing techniques. Basic knowledge of products/services (e.g. consumables) and ability to present them effectively. Ability to analyze sales KPIs and monitor performance. Familiarity with digital and communication tools (email, VoIP, sales tracking tools). Soft Skills Excellent communication and active listening skills.
