Procurement Specialist & Logistics Supply Chain Expert We are looking for a professional to handle purchasing and material logistics activities within a fast-paced prototyping context. Oversee the full purchasing cycle, from requisition through to delivery confirmation Coordinate a portfolio of 20–25 suppliers concurrently Plan and communicate delivery schedules to internal and external suppliers, aligned with prototype build timelines Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards and purchase order terms Manage warehouse picking activities and kit preparation Prepare weekly status reports on material availability and highlight supply delays affecting the build schedule Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Prior experience in the automotive industry Proficient in MS Office Working knowledge of SAP, including the Warehouse Management module Good command of English, both written and spoken PLUS : Good command of German, both written and spoken Concept Quality is a company within the Reply Group, that specializes in Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) for embedded systems and digital products.
