Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer (End of Line Inspector) Within the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of product quality and manufacturing processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities Continuous improvement of product quality and manufacturing and functional testing processes, guided by customer requirements. Implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues of produced units and prevent recurrence. Organize quality management for manufacturing and testing processes, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and SE quality standards. Identify non‑quality factors, perform in‑depth functional analyses, and monitor quality improvement plans and process test plans. Lead continuous improvement initiatives on manufacturing and testing lines using best practices. Collaborate on new product development by attending progress meetings, defining test and inspection processes, and establishing quality targets. Plan and apply prevention methodologies (FMEA), update Product/Process Control Plans (PCPP) accordingly. Monitor improvement plan development, schedule adherence, and report discrepancies. Participate in all improvement activities with a proactive attitude. Collaborate with the technical office to preemptively resolve design anomalies on custom products. Ensure correct interpretation and use of Schneider Electric standards and tools for new products. Plan and conduct functional tests, coordinate information flow, and ensure understanding of test processes with production staff. Verify that production and testing processes meet established product/process control plans. Support production lines for customer requirement compliance. Ensure tools and methods for quality control meet PCPP requirements and have available resources for qualification. Lead containment actions on testing processes, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and ensure resolution. Take necessary actions when quality deviates, such as additional checks, shipping or production blocks, to protect the customer. Coordinate with supporting functions to define and implement containment actions. Analyze customer claims and ensure their resolution leads to updated robustness plans (PCP, FMEA). Adapt quality control plans including periodic monitoring tests for finished products. Conduct testing area audits according to the Quality System schedule. Participate actively in SIM, CRIMES, and other improvement activities. Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement (SPS, 5S) related to products/processes. Attend BOC meetings under the Product Evolution Process for relevant products. Monitor non‑quality costs in testing areas and take actions to stay within limits. Qualifications Degree in Engineering or a technical‑scientific field. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Good knowledge of English.
