Your Role And Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for end‑to‑end planning of inventory, including sales, invoicing and all phases from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day you will support internal customer service inquiries and showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and ensuring adequate replenishment through purchase orders. Accountability Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation. Calculating and maintaining inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, replenishment strategies) within planning systems and ERPs. Coordinating material planning with call‑offs to ensure purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services. Collaborating with buyers to achieve optimal supplier performance (on‑time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, flexibility). Qualifications For The Role Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects. Proficiency with classic ERP software, Power BI, Office 365. Passion for continuous innovation and willingness to bring added value through ideas and solutions. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management. Fluency in Italian and English.
