Isabel Marant is looking for a new part‑time (24 hours) Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in Florence. As a Sales and Stylist Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, contributing to the development of our image by providing a unique in‑store experience and personalized styling advice. You will also drive sales, achieve targets by introducing complementary items, share product knowledge and build strong client relationships, manage stock and visual merchandising, and promote the brand image at all times. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the brand’s image by providing a unique in‑store experience and personalized fashion styling advice. Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items. Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow‑up with clients. Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times. Other key attributes for the role include a passionate and authentic taste for the brand, a strong sense of style, excellent presentation skills, proactive attitude, high motivation, team spirit, and a focus on client needs and relationship building. Qualifications Proven success (minimum 2 years) in selling ready‑to‑wear and leather goods within fashion or luxury retail. Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs. Excellent personal presentation. Proactive, positive, good team player with high motivation. Passion for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets. Focus on client needs and experience, willing to build long‑lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
