PALAZZO SOZZINI MALAVOLTI – EMBLMS COLLECTION BY ACCORWe are looking for a Shift Leader for the upcoming opening of Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti, a 5‑star hotel in Siena that will open in 2027 with the Emblems by Accor brand.Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise operational activities during the shift, ensuring correct execution of services.Support the team in managing guest needs, ensuring a high‑level hospitality experience.Monitor adherence to operational procedures and quality standards of the property.Handle operational issues promptly and effectively, resolving problems efficiently.Collaborate with different departments to ensure operational fluidity and service continuity.Assist in shift organization and handover between teams. Qualifications Previous experience in operational or supervisory roles in luxury hospitality.Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.Knowledge of the Opera management system.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Customer‑centric approach and problem‑solving ability.Good communication skills and teamwork capability.Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on a shift basis.
