Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce. Role Overview As an Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, from highly operational roles to senior decision-makers. This is a non-transactional role, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations. Target Customers Your target customers are enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees, characterized by complex structures and long decision‑making processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing Lead complex, long‑term negotiations with multiple stakeholders Engage HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People Development, internal recruiters, operational users, and executive decision‑makers Act as a trusted advisor, aligning operational needs with business and strategic priorities Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Build and manage a strong, high‑quality enterprise pipeline Requirements & Skills 5+ years of experience in HR or HR tech (HR professionals also considered) Proven success in enterprise sales with complex sales cycles Strong ability to manage multi‑stakeholder negotiations across large enterprise organizations Demonstrated experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Command of the Message Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value and ROI to senior stakeholders (e.g. CHRO, CFO, C-level) High resilience and persistence, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and setbacks Proactive, adaptable, and execution‑oriented mindset A natural team player and go‑to person: you thrive in collaborative environments, share knowledge generously, and become a trusted reference point for your peers thanks to your skills, attitude, and results. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments is a plus.
