The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations. A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement of portals, websites, and ICT tools used by dealers and repairers in their day‑to‑day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality. The working environment promotes collaboration, innovation, and a data‑driven approach, offering the opportunity to contribute concretely to the end‑to‑end improvement of the customer experience.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Project Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset.In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities while designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, translating complex requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, coordinate and deliver projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget and qualityManage daily project activities, stakeholders, priorities and dependenciesIdentify risks and issues, define mitigation actions and escalate when neededEnsure proper governance, documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycleTranslate business needs into reporting requirements and analytical use casesDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsBuild and manage data models using Power Query and best practicesDefine and track KPIs using DAXEnsure data accuracy, consistency and usability of reporting solutionsIntegrate data from multiple sources (e.G. SharePoint, local files, data warehouses such as Snowflake)Manage data refresh processes and contribute to automation initiatives (e.G. Power Automate)Perform data analysis using SQL and large datasetsExplore opportunities to leverage AI and Copilot featuresAct as a key point of contact between business, digital and data teamsFacilitate meetings, workshops and progress reviewsDeliver clear, structured and data-driven communicationSupport decision-making through reliable and timely insightsWHO YOU ARE3–5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles.Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.Strong knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling, DAX).Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions,Good knowledge of SQL and data environments (e.G. Snowflake is a plus).Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Clear and structured communication.Proactive and curious approach to data and continuous improvement.Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.Fluent English is mandatory.
