Job Description The Product Manager owns the end-to-end success of the product—from vision and business case definition through development, launch, and lifecycle management. Acting as a mini-CEO, the PM ensures strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Portfolio Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company priorities and market evolution. Ensure strong portfolio positioning and clear contribution to application domain development. Translate customer needs into clear product concepts and requirements. Market & Customer Insight Lead market and competitive analysis, including benchmarking by application. Drive structured Voice of Customer initiatives and early adopter engagement to validate concepts and refine messaging. Positioning, Pricing & Business Case Define value proposition, differentiation, and pricing strategy by segment and geography. Own and continuously update segmented business cases, ensuring cross-functional alignment and realistic execution plans across stage gates (CP1–CP7). Monitor account planning in collaboration with Sales. Go-To-Market Execution Define and support GTM strategy in partnership with Product Marketing Manager, ensuring product readiness and consistent positioning. Guide product presence at tradeshows and key customer engagements. Performance & Lifecycle Management Monitor product KPIs and drive corrective actions. Optimize lifecycle (cost, platform leverage, phase‑out). Lead sales planning and demand forecasting in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain. Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification). Languages: Italian, English fluent. Experience: 4/5 years of experience as Product Manager in B2B preferably in Tech industry. Previous experiences in international company and markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
