Digital Operations Brand Lead - Associate - Automotive Our digital operations team is responsible for the stability, quality and continuous evolution of our clients’ digital ecosystem, ensuring effective governance, cross-functional coordination and strong operational delivery across platforms and channels. We are looking for a strong Digital Operations Brand Lead to oversee the digital operations agenda for one or more brands of a global automotive client in the Italian market. This role sits at the intersection of stakeholder management, digital coordination and operational oversight. The Brand Lead will act as the main point of contact for the client’s brand stakeholders, ensuring that priorities are translated into clear actions across the delivery teams, while also bringing a broader digital business perspective across key capabilities such as web, CRM, analytics and related digital initiatives. Responsibilities Act as the primary day-to-day digital point of contact for the assigned brand stakeholder(s), building strong and trusted working relationships. Coordinate the digital operations agenda for the brand across relevant capabilities, including web, CRM, analytics and other related digital workstreams. Ensure brand priorities, business needs and market requirements are clearly understood, translated and aligned with the relevant Publicis Sapient and wider agency teams. Provide clear visibility on ongoing activities, upcoming priorities, key dependencies, risks and delivery status, both to the client and internally. Support the planning and coordination of brand initiatives, ensuring activities are properly prioritised, tracked and followed through across teams. Maintain a strong understanding of what is being delivered across channels and touchpoints, without being directly responsible for hands‑on execution. Act as an escalation and coordination point for operational issues, helping align stakeholders and teams to drive timely resolution. Connect operational delivery with broader digital business goals, bringing informed perspectives on performance, customer experience and opportunities for improvement. Review digital outputs and initiatives with a brand lens, helping ensure consistency in content, tone, customer journey and overall digital experience. Partner with media, production, creative, CRM and analytics teams to ensure joined‑up execution and coherent digital initiatives across the brand ecosystem. Facilitate conversations with brand stakeholders not only on delivery progress, but also on digital effectiveness, improvement opportunities and evolving business priorities. Help identify recurring inefficiencies, coordination gaps or process improvement opportunities, and work with the relevant teams to address them. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of experience in digital project, program or account coordination roles At least 2–3 years of experience in client‑facing roles with regular stakeholder interaction Experience working across multiple digital functions and cross‑functional teams Good understanding of digital ecosystems and delivery processes, including website operations, CRM, analytics and digital campaign execution Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple streams of activity and maintain clear visibility on priorities, progress and risks Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills Ability to connect operational topics with broader business and brand objectives Strong team coordination and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
