The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supervising the shift and ensuring operational efficiency during service; Managing department resources and maintaining LQA operational standards; Procuring supplies in collaboration with the economics office; Creating periodic staff schedules and coordinating with collaborators. The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context; Excellent organizational and coordination skills; Strong English language skills; A positive and customer-oriented attitude; The ability to work well in a team and achieve goals. Additional requirements include precision, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Micros program. Residence or domicile in the local area is a plus.
