Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today’s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce. Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Business Development Intern to support our go-to-market efforts. You will work closely with the Growth and Sales teams on pipeline generation, account research, outreach execution, and market intelligence. This is a hands‑on role with direct exposure to how a B2B startup builds demand, creates opportunities, and turns market insight into revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by startups, experimentation, and B2B commercial execution, and wants to learn how modern GTM teams operate. What you’ll do Support outbound and inbound lead generation activities Research target accounts, industries, buyer personas, and decision‑makers Build, enrich, and maintain high‑quality prospect lists in CRM tools Help identify and qualify new business opportunities Support the creation and testing of outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn Personalize messaging based on company context, industry challenges, and use cases Track campaign and pipeline performance, and help turn data into actionable insights Support weekly reporting on outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline progression Gather market feedback and competitor insights to improve messaging and GTM execution Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing on experiments and commercial initiatives What we’re looking for We do not expect extensive prior experience. We care much more about curiosity, sharp thinking, business acumen, and a strong willingness to learn fast. We’d especially love to see signals of initiative: side projects, student activities, content, experiments, small ventures, or anything else that shows genuine interest in growth, startups, sales, or marketing. We value people who like to explore new tools and ways of working, especially AI tools that are reshaping how modern GTM teams research, execute, and learn. This includes tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Perplexity, and Grok.
