Edge – Eurosearch Consultants Division, on behalf of our client, an Italian company in the energy sector, is searching for a Financial Controller, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and financial activities; Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes; Manage analytical accounting and liaise with external advisors; Prepare periodic reporting; Develop budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis; Monitor and control costs; Coordinate tax matters with the support of external consultants; Support Project Financing activities, including technical and legal due diligence; Contribute to treasury optimization and group cash flow management; Support the implementation of corporate policies. Requirements +5 years of experience in finance and control within Energy/Infrastructure/Industrial sector; Plus experience in project financing activities; Degree in Economics or Finance; Fluency in English; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously; Accuracy and attention to detail; Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
