Overview Customer Support Representative - French + English Are you a French-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (French + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively. Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases. Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued. Qualifications French – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required). Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
