Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketplace Operations Trainee to join our e-Commerce Team. This is a very exciting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or recent graduate who is willing to take on a 6-month experience and be part of our team. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Support day-to-day operations related to Marketplace business (Zalando & Amazon), including creation and maintenance of product information, images, descriptions, pricing and commercial content. Ensure marketplace store consistency and quality standards, identifying and resolving content or operational issues. Support weekly and monthly reporting activities, analyzing marketplace performance, sales trends, and key KPIs. Activities of stock management, monitoring stock availability, shipment flows and order-related operations in coordination with internal teams and external partners. Interact with all internal teams such as e-commerce, merchandising and operations teams to support marketplace growth and optimization initiatives. SKILLS: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or related field. Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good Knowledge of written/spoken English is required.
