Description We are looking for a Commercial Controlling AdPersonam & Product Marginality to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Controlling . You will be responsible for the commercial controlling of the AdPersonam Business as well as Product Marginality for all Models. Your main activities will be: ADPERSONAM TEAM MEMBER FOR FINANCE Approval of Price Lead the SETS (Simultaneous Engineering Team) Define the AdPersonam Project’s Business Case financial feasibility and target management Define target budget for AdPersonam projects and fix the target to the other supporting teams Evaluate Profitability of customers’ requests, identifying profit and costs potentials and supporting product cost review In charge of providing minimum margin targets for offer creation Reporting on AdPersonam Performance Coordinate the Budget and Planning Process for AdPersonam Monthly Reporting and Forecast discussion with the Budget Responsible Define financial and business actions to exploit business marginality PRODUCT MARGINALITY Finance representative in the Pricing Process (Einpreisung) for all Models Worldwide Price positioning and Effect of Price simulation for Model Line Evaluation Analysis of Product Marginality for the actual and future Projects, identification of target marginality and reasons of deviation Monitoring of the exchange rate policy and identification, along with Product Marketing, of potential countermeasures Evaluation of the Model Year pricing to ensure correct positioning and target marginality About you University Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar background 5-10 years’ experience in Controlling, preferably in luxury business English knowledge, German will be considered a plus Analytical thinking and proactivity in financial proposal Strong attitude, looking for objective discussion with business responsibles Ability to view the company from a wide standpoint, capacity of executing controlling as partner, availability of self-testing on dynamic experience What we offer Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific job posting for internal employees Access to qualified Learning paths We are an Equal Opportunity Employer , which is why applications will be considered regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, disability, age, parenthood, pregnancy or any other legally protected status.
