Controls Service Engineer Responsabilità You are responsible for on-call services, quickly and efficiently addressing disruptions as they occur. You provide remote 2nd- and 3rd-level support to ensure the systems operate smoothly. You independently manage smaller projects, leveraging your comprehensive technical expertise. You demonstrate your specialist knowledge during the retrofitting and modernization of existing systems, ensuring our technologies remain up-to-date. Creating detailed documentation is also part of your responsibilities, and you actively share your knowledge with the team to support your colleagues. With travel up to 20%, you have flexibility to assist on-site with customer issues or support project implementation as needed. Create and maintain good relations with customers (internal and external). Profilo You should ideally have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification such as an HND/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. You have solid experience in PLC programming, especially with TIA, S7, or Beckhoff TwinCat2/3. You possess comprehensive knowledge in fieldbus systems, HMI systems, and frequency converters. You are capable of reading electrical schematics and have practical experience in troubleshooting electrical and control technologies.
