Role Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective support to production Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all maintenance operations Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work based on priority, skills, and operational needs Identify and resolve maintenance issues impacting productivity, equipment performance, safety, or product quality Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklists Manage maintenance‑related emergencies and provide technical direction during equipment breakdowns Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure asset reliability and cost efficiency Monitor maintenance budgets, evaluate repair cost estimates, and control maintenance spending Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships to ensure availability and cost control Track maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs to support data‑driven improvement initiatives Travel: Up to 10%, if required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field), or a technical diploma combined with relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teams Experience using CMMS or similar digital maintenance management tools Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of industrial automation systems, preferably Siemens PLC platforms Proficient level of English, both written and spoken Experience developing maintenance KPIs and performance dashboards Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives in industrial environments Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive and hands‑on approach Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
