TASKS analyze existing processes within Customer Care Management identify areas for improvement based on customer needs standardize processes and systems internationally design and introduce new processes and systems prepare, interpret, and present analytical results with impact evaluations (e.g., customer benefits, cost savings) coordinate priorities for process changes and optimization initiatives document processes and create relevant test cases Requisiti EXPERIENCE & SKILLS solid experience with process management and optimization methodologies familiarity with customer service operations ability to use KPIs for process analysis previous experience in process documentation strong analytical and technical mindset team-oriented with excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills enjoy working in intercultural teams comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments ENVIRONMENT As a key player in our international CCM matrix organization, you will: work in an international matrix organization collaborating closely with colleagues help shape the international CCM with the responsibility to improve the customer journey, balancing costs and impact on customers WHY JOIN US?
