Job Summary And Scope The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, partners and distributors for the diagnosis and resolution of problems with photovoltaic inverters and related solutions. He/she will be required to conduct training at customer sites and will be a technical point of reference to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction. Activities Provide on-site technical assistance Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on photovoltaic inverters and related systems Support installers, service partners and customers in commissioning and troubleshooting Collaborate with the remote support team for the escalation of complex cases Draft technical intervention reports Collect technical data to share with R&D and Quality departments for analysis of any recurring issues or product anomalies Update and maintain the company knowledge base with standard procedures and solutions Technical Skills Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems and inverters Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals Good familiarity with diagnostic tools and monitoring software Proficiency in Office and CRM ticketing systems Behavioral Skills Customer focus and clear, professional communication skills Problem solving and ability to work independently Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments Stress management and ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
