About the Role We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back‑of‑house operations run seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.
