Role Description The Intern Buyer supports the Purchasing team in sourcing and procurement activities, working alongside senior buyers and internal stakeholders. Main Activities Support the preparation and management of RFQs Collect and analyze supplier quotations and cost data Assist in supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendations Support the preparation of contracts and purchasing documentation Help monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) Support administrative tasks (purchase orders, reports, presentations) Learning objectives Gain a solid understanding of the end-to-end purchasing and sourcing process, including RFQs, supplier selection, and basic contract management Develop analytical skills through cost analysis, supplier comparison, and performance monitoring (cost, quality, delivery) Learn how to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and interact with suppliers in an international environment Build proficiency in purchasing tools and systems (Excel, SAP) while strengthening professional communication and organizational skills Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law or similar C1 proficiency in English Interest in procurement, sourcing and supply chain topics Knowledge and interest of automotive products and technologies Proactive and results-driven Good analytical and organizational skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
