Role Overview We are seeking a Production Technician (m/f/d) to support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities for electronic and electrical devices. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a dynamic production environment. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure high standards in production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards Set up machinery and production lines for scheduled production runs Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment Conduct in-process quality checks and document production data accurately Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns Support preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with engineering and operations teams Assemble, test, and verify electrical and electronic devices and components Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to optimize production performance Key Requirements Technical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is preferred Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic devices and components Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems Experience using bench tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment Experience with soldering, including SMD components , is an advantage Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation Structured, hands‑on, and quality‑focused working style Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Why choose us and why we’d choose you At NACOS Marine, you will be part of a collaborative production environment supporting advanced maritime technologies.
