Denna position rapporterar till: Planning & Fulfillment Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Work model for the role is: #LI-Oniste. By joining this role, you will help run what runs the world, taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will be accountable for: Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation. Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs. Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services. Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility. Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects. Possess an enhanced knowledge of classic ERP software, Power BI, Office 360. You are passionate about willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solution. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. You are at ease communicating fluently in Italian/English.
