Technical After-Sales Automotive The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing. Activities: - Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1-2st level help desk). - Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes. - Review of warranty claims. - Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely. - Creation and review of monthly reports. - Creation and management of team performance and process reports. Requirements: - Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry. -Knowledge of English language, plus German language. - Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components). - Knowledge of technical documentation.
