Role Junior Art Director Internship What You'll Learn & Do During this internship, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of pharmaceutical communication and develop your skills as a conceptual Art Director, working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities Conceptual & Multimedia Development Actively collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, strategists, UX designers) to ideate and develop innovative and original visual concepts that meet client briefs and brand guidelines. Translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual solutions, learning to adapt them to a wide range of media: traditional advertising campaigns, digital, social media, events, and activations. Contribute to the creation of mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations that effectively communicate the strength and versatility of concepts. Graphic Execution & Aesthetic Taste Assist in the conceptualization and execution of visually appealing designs, maintaining a strong graphic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail. Support the creation of layouts, prototypes, and mock‑ups for internal and external presentations, ensuring that the aesthetics maximize the idea's impact. Contribute to the development of visual and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all productions. Collaboration & Communication Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including copywriters, strategists, UX designers, account managers, and medical writers. Learn to present design concepts, articulating creative choices and underlying logic. Stay updated on the latest creative, technological, and communication trends, with a special eye on innovations in the healthcare sector. Qualifications Education: Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, or a related field. Conceptual Mindset: Strong aptitude for ideating and developing powerful and original creative concepts. Multimedia Versatility: Interest and curiosity in how concepts adapt and express themselves across various platforms (print, digital, video, events, social). Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design software such as Figma or Adobe XD. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your ideation capabilities, versatility, and graphic sensibility. Soft Skills Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
