You will take responsibility throughout the entire development process and help ensure that our systems are safe, efficient, and future‑ready. Your work will take place both at the computer and in the workshop—variety guaranteed.Your responsibilities include:Development of special-purpose machines and fixtures – from the concept phase to series production, including independent design and assemblySupport with equipment relocations and commissioning at various sitesContinuous improvement of existing assembliesSafe and standards-compliant design of machines according to applicable regulations and internal guidelinesQualificationsCompleted technical trainingExperience in mechanical engineering, toolmaking, or machining is an advantageGood knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, Cimatron, and MS Office desirableExcellent German and English skills, good Italian skillsTeam player with resilience and reliabilityAbility to work independentlyWillingness to travel
