Our Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a QC Coordinator , you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum’s QC personnel to meet client needs while ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting invoicing processes, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and ensuring impartiality and traceability in inspection activities. Coordinate QA/QC and engineering personnel for site and office-based projects. Ensure timely submission of documentation for invoicing (timesheets, purchase orders). Monitor candidate performance and provide feedback to management. Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Fulkrum’s quality procedures and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standards. Solid experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards. Proficiency in MS Office and report management. Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
