We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin – Mirafiori. Responsibilities Coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment. Drive continuous improvement activities and ensure the highest skills develop. Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance. Manage complex faults and analyse root causes. Report to the Area Manager of the Production Unit. Work schedule: shift work, rotations between 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm and 10:00 pm – 6:00 am on alternate weeks. Must be willing to work 15, 18 or 20 shifts per week, totalling 40 hours, with days off on a rotation basis. Qualifications & Skills 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). Advanced problem‑solving. Excellent team work orientation. Excellent communication skills. Sense of responsibility. Ability to learn and to work under pressure. Sense of initiative.
