This role combines team leadership and cross-functional coordination with strong industrial engineeringexpertise and hands-on operational responsibility, ensuring accountability for performance, safety, efficiency,reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations. Main responsibilities: Analyze and optimize production processes (MTM, time studies); Improve layouts, material flows and drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; Develop and maintain standard work and technical documentation; Monitor and improve KPIs (DLP, efficiency, capacity, labor planning); Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and processes; Collaborate with R&D and Quality to enhance performance; Develop and maintain SOPs and work cycles; Support tooling, line setup, and workstation optimization; Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Ensure equipment reliability and plant efficiency; Manage suppliers, contractors, and service agreements; Manage CAPEX, upgrades, and technical projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
