Your Role We are seeking aCustomer Care Manager to be the “voice of the customer” throughout the customer journey. You will collect feedback, monitor customer satisfaction KPIs, and activate continuous improvement actions to enhance the customer experience. Your Impact Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction. Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs and activate improvement actions. Identify and summarize service and product anomalies from the customer’s perspective. Provide information and data to improve the customer experience. Provide support to the Customer and manage the loop process Schedule periodic visits to customers, clubs, and dealers. Conduct audits on D&I activities and after‑sales technical assistance. Act as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym. About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. What you should bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction management. Strong customer orientation and project management skills.
