Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers all tasks related to the F&B service across the hotel’s four outlets. This is a full‑time position, five days a week with two days off, and the starting date is estimated in May. What you’ll do Serve food and beverage items to guests. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience meets their expectations. Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Prepare and restock outlet inventory. Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re‑stock tableware and other supplies. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silver prior to use. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you’ll need Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety‑first approach. Positive outlook and dependability. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
