We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain team at our Aprilia site. This is an on-site role within a structured and collaborative manufacturing environment, where you will manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to service quality, operational continuity, and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. Main Responsibilities Manage customer order intake, review order details, and ensure accurate system entry. Monitor the full order cycle from receipt through delivery, helping to ensure service reliability and agreed timelines. Maintain accurate and timely updates in company systems in line with internal procedures and operational KPIs. Work closely with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, Administration, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth operations. Provide day-to-day support to customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up on requests and issues. Support traceability, complaint handling, and compliance activities in accordance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards. Candidate Profile Previous experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination. Experience in a manufacturing site, pharmaceutical environment, or other regulated industry would be an advantage. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a practical and collaborative approach. Good command of English and Italian language.
