We are looking for an After Sales Account Manager for the North‑West of Italy. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with customers, handling contracts and main claims. Monitor Customer Satisfaction to propose actions that increase it. Monitor business KPIs and quality services KPIs to propose improvements. Monitor specific SLA as required by customers. Collect customer needs, identify and submit requirements for new business opportunities to AS Dep. in collaboration with the New Equipment Department. Implement the strategy defined by the Country After Sales Account Manager. Ensure achievement of the budget in terms of revenues and profitability. Improve credit management in collaboration with Credit Collection Department. Requirements Professional experience in a similar role of at least 4 years. Management experience, preferably in a multinational context with similar dimensions. Languages: English and a second language. Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree.
