On behalf of a fast‑growing international insurtech company we are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team. Accounting Specialist Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Finance team, the successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day accounting operations and contribute to the ongoing evolution and harmonization of financial processes within an international environment. Main Activities Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the General Ledger in compliance with monthly closing deadlines. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform monthly reconciliations, including inter‑company balances, and provide clear analysis of key P&L and balance‑sheet items. Manage invoicing processes, supplier payments, and accounts payable/accounts receivable activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors and consultants. Contribute proactively to process improvements and finance function optimization in an international context. Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a Big‑Four firm and/or an international company. Solid knowledge of accounting principles. Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is considered. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proactive, organized, and results‑oriented mindset. Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.
