Bolton Home, Personal Care & Beauty – Finance Intern – Milan, IT We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our F&A function within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, Beauty division, based in Milan. How you make the difference Support financial analysis and decision‑making processes that contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the Beauty division. Assist in collecting accurate financial data and developing insights, ensuring solid financial management and compliance with corporate financial policies. Responsibilities Monitor daily the progress of company turnover Manage product master data Support the F&A team in the monthly closings related to turnover and cost of goods sold Prepare and enter monthly targets Assist in entering and managing reporting across the company systems (Akeron, SalesWare, Tagetik) Support the marketing and trade marketing teams in creating P&Ls for product launches and relaunches Conduct periodic checks on contractual discounts, both on‑invoice and off‑invoice, with analysis of main findings and variances Provide support for variance analysis requests (mix effect, price effect, cost effect) Qualifications Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree followed by a master’s, in Economics, Management or related fields, with an interest in pursuing a growth path in Finance Excellent command of the English language Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with solid analytical skills Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and ability to work in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What’s In For You Work location: Milan, Italy 6‑month internship Full Time working hours with remote working options available Your Team Directly report to the Business International Senior Controller. #J-18808-Ljbffr
