If you love it, Scalapay it. THE MISSION: We’re looking for a driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to build lasting relationships with our retail partners in Italy. You’ll manage a portfolio of merchants, identify new growth opportunities, and use data-driven insights to maximize their success. What You’ll Do: Strengthen partnerships through sales calls, business reviews, and ongoing support; Advise merchants on optimizing revenue and marketing using Scalapay's premium products (e.g., Affiliation, Media Packages); Collaborate with the Sales Team to support the growth of our brands. Yes, this means some hunting with them; Boost Scalapay adoption by growing merchant collaborations and co-marketing campaigns; Analyze data to uncover opportunities and create tailored sales presentations; Develop case studies and share best practices to scale account management efforts; Experiment with new strategies to drive revenue growth and provide weekly forecasts; Advocate for your merchants internally to enhance products and services; Attend market visits, fairs, and events to meet partners face-to-face and stay ahead of industry trends. Who you are: Proven sales and negotiation expertise with a knack for growing partnerships; Strong business acumen and ability to upsell/cross-sell; Experience following structured sales processes with KPIs and measurable results; Data-driven, proactive, and organized approach; 5+ years in account management or business consulting, ideally in e-commerce; Fluent in Italian and English; willing to travel up to 30%.
