As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our internal and external users when they have technical requests or issues. You ensure that IT problems are resolved quickly, courteously and reliably – you are responsible of an initial assessment of more complex cases and forward them to the appropriate department. In this way, you play a key role in ensuring the stability of our IT systems and the satisfaction of our employees. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving and handling IT support requests via the ticketing system Error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software Setup, preparation and management of workstations (PCs, printers, mobile devices) Installing, maintaining, configuring and deploying standard software via Microsoft Intune Initial assessment and forwarding of more complex cases to 2nd‑level support Documenting solutions and processes in the ticketing system and contributing to the creation of a knowledge base Supporting IT projects and participating in roll‑out activities YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Completed education in the IT field, such as technical high school diploma or bachelor‘s degree in computer science Previous professional experience in IT in support or help desk is an advantage Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and common hardware components Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VPN, WLAN) Customer- and solution-oriented mindset structured work style and a passion for solving technical challenges Good knowledge of English, Italian and/or German OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
