Job Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Project: Home Appliances Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2) Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months) Key Details Training Start Date: 28/May/26 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. Sunday and one rotational day off per week. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests. Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. What We're Looking For Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
