Global Media Manager We are looking for a Global Media Manager to join our HQ team and play a key role in shaping impactful media strategies across markets. In this role, you will contribute to defining and executing integrated media plans across online and offline channels, working in a dynamic global environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your day-to-day activities Lead the definition and execution of integrated media strategies across offline and online channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities Contribute to media planning, budget allocation and performance monitoring, with a strong focus on effectiveness and efficiency Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand, Digital, Finance) and external agencies to define impactful media plans Support and participate in media negotiations with publishers, broadcasters and platforms to maximize value and results Manage and challenge media agencies, ensuring high‑quality delivery, transparency and continuous improvement Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Stay up to date with media trends, innovation and emerging channels, bringing new ideas to the team Contribute to strengthening processes, governance and best practices related to media investments Who we’re looking for You have experience in media planning and buying, ideally across both client‑side and agency environments. You bring a solid understanding of the media ecosystem, including traditional and digital channels. You are comfortable working with data and translating insights into strategic decisions, and you can collaborate effectively in complex, cross‑functional environments. Previous Experience (must‑have / Strong Plus) 5+ years of experience in media planning and/or media buying (client‑side, media agency, or a mix) Proven experience managing integrated media plans across offline + online channels (TV/OOH/Radio/Print + Digital) Strong exposure to budget management, performance tracking and optimization (full funnel mindset is a plus) Experience working with and steering media agencies (briefing, delivery quality, transparency, continuous improvement) Familiarity with media negotiations and value‑driven planning (publishers, broadcasters, platforms) Experience working in international or multi‑market contexts and with multiple stakeholders Skills & mindset Strong analytical approach: ability to turn data into insights and clear recommendations Strategic mindset: connect media choices to brand and business goals Clear communication and storytelling skills Pragmatic, results‑driven problem‑solving attitude Fluency in Italian and English In return we offer Comprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months Hybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working) Company restaurant service Access to our corporate gym A fast paced and dynamic international context #J-18808-Ljbffr
