The selected candidate will operate within a complex ecosystem, where all activities take place in multi-brand and multi-country environments, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality in the evolution of digital platforms. As part of the Customer Process and Channels Interaction Design team, the role will focus on designing the CMS editorial experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Working closely with UX/UI designers, the CMS Designer will contribute to the definition of CMS components and editorial logic, ensuring alignment and consistency between design and frontend implementation. Technical Skills Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems , primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Solid knowledge of AEM core concepts, including:AEM Core Components Content Fragment Models and content models Editorial workflows and logic (authoring, Experience Fragments, DAM) Understanding of content management best practices and AEM architecture . Ability to perform functional analysis and requirements mapping , with attention to CMS dependencies and impacts. Knowledge of Information Architecture principles applied to CMS platforms (content organization, naming conventions, editorial workflows). Basic knowledge of Figma . Basic knowledge of HTML (preferred) and ability to read CSS at a high level. Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow and ticketing / project management systems. Responsibilities Participate from the early stages in strategic digital projects, contributing to their delivery using both waterfall and agile Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Content, Visual, Analytics, SEO, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Development). Design and optimize AEM components, templates, and modules , defining fields, functionalities, and editorial logic to ensure a clear and scalable authoring experience. Define CMS User Requirements , translating UX/UI design solutions into specifications aligned with editorial processes and platform architecture. Optimize and evolve the CMS backend , improving effectiveness and usability in multi-brand and multi-country contexts. Define and govern CMS usage guidelines , including editorial rules, component usage standards, and principles of consistency and scalability across brands and countries. Soft Skills and Attitude High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Strong focus on quality, thorough documentation, and continuous improvement.
