The Fri-El Group, through Fri-El Green House, develops cutting-edge solutions in hydroponic farming, bringing fresh, high-quality products to market under the H2Orto brand as well as private labels for leading Italian retail chains. To strengthen our sales network, we are looking for a new team member to join our Bolzano office. The selected candidate will join the sales team and actively contribute to the commercial development of products from hydroponic greenhouses, in line with company policies and brand values. Key responsibilities Manage and develop the customer portfolio (retail chains and fruit & vegetable markets); Sales activities and commercial negotiations; Customer retention and development of new business opportunities; Performance monitoring and reporting; Support for sales-related administrative activities; Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the agri-food or fresh food sector; Knowledge of retail channels and/or wholesale produce markets; Strong organizational and commercial management skills; Proactive attitude, strong sales drive, and excellent interpersonal skills; Goal- and results-oriented mindset; Willingness to travel within Italy; Residence nearby or willingness to relocate.
