As a Marketing Intern , you will support the local Marketing team in the execution of brand and consumer activation projects across Ferrero’s key brands. This role offers hands‑on exposure to brand management, consumer promotions and marketing operations, while working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Sales and Trade Marketing and external partners like Creative and Media agencies. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, complementing your academic studies with real business impact. Main Responsibilities Support the local Marketing team in executing brand initiatives and consumer activation projects across Ferrero’s key brands, including Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, and Tic Tac. Assist Brand Managers with day‑to‑day brand management tasks: coordination of materials development, tracking timelines, and supporting campaign implementation. Handle daily marketing operative activities such as marketing administration, data collection and basic data analysis, and the preparation of internal presentations and reports. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Trade Marketing, and support communication with external partners and agencies when required. Ensure an organized, proactive and professional approach throughout all activities, contributing to an efficient and collaborative working atmosphere within the Marketing team. About You In a dynamic and multicultural environment, our ideal candidate is a motivated university student in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field, with a solid academic understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals and strong communication skills in English. You are well‑organized, able to manage multiple tasks effectively, and bring a proactive, curious mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn. Comfortable working with MS 365 tools, you collaborate easily across teams and contribute with confidence and enthusiasm.
