STAGE IN CUSTOMER CARE We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Intern to support our team in sales order processing for ROCKWOOL Core Solutions customers. This internship will help you acquire practical skills and a solid understanding of the key tasks and processes related to order handling. Over time, you will gain broad experience and develop the autonomy needed to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment. Who We Are ROCKWOOL Core Solutions is part of the ROCKWOOL Group. We provide tailor‑made stone wool and engineered mineral fibre solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) systems. We work closely with industrial manufacturers, using our expertise to develop solutions precisely matched to each project’s needs. Find out more: Location ROCKWOOL Italia – Milan (Corso Sempione/Domodossola) | Office‑based What You Will Be Doing Order entry and follow‑up in SAP Managing the order book and monitoring delivery timelines Communicating with customers (phone/email) regarding enquiries, order status, delivery dates and updates Coordinating with production planners, logistics teams and factories across Europe Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders Collecting, recording and following up on customer claims/complaints, liaising with the relevant internal departments Data entry and maintenance in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer records General administrative support to the Customer Care team and KAMs, including documentation handling (delivery notes, invoices, reports, archiving), ensuring compliance with established standards and rules What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in Customer Service Structured and organized working style, with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure Customer focus, problem‑solving mindset and results orientation Good Microsoft Office skills SAP knowledge is a plus Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken We also attach great importance to Integrity and a positive attitude: you are proactive, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
